On the morning of December 22, Desay SV’s “Caring for Street Cleaners” charity program arrived at a new destination — Chengdu. On a bitterly cold Winter Solstice day, city cleaners braving the weather to fulfill their duties expressed their warm wishes for their families. On this day, Desay SV charity workers and volunteers worked hand in hand with these “Yellow Roses” to clean city streets, parks and other public spaces.

After they finished cleaning, Desay SV’s workers offered a special gift package to the “Yellow Roses”. On this special day of winter solstice, with the longest night of the year — they gave each of them a serving of dumplings.

Since 2014, Desay SV has held “Caring for Street Cleaners” charity events in over ten cities in China, including Huizhou, Haikou, Baoding, Changchun, Nanjing, Beijing, Shanghai and Chengdu, etc. In so doing, the company has sought to promote social care for city cleaners and to protect the environment, as change begins with each and every one of us and starts with the little things in our surroundings.
