Desay SV Commissions the Second Phase of Solar Project at Headquarters

Release time:2025-06-30

In June,Desay SV has officially commissioned the second phase of distributed solar project at headquarters. The newly activated 2.4MW installation brings total on-site solar capacity to 4.9MW. This capacity expansion is projected to generate over 4.5 million kWh of renewable electricity annually, reducing carbon emissions by approximately 2,400 tonnes while reinforcing sustainable energy capabilities across the campus.

Energy infrastructure remains pivotal to corporate sustainability. Since 2021, Desay SV has transformed from a pure energy consumer to a self-sufficient energy operator through solar installations and an integrated energy management framework covering generation, grid operations, load management and storage. Supporting facilities include a 6.7MWh energy storage facility that supplies over 2 million kWh annually to offices and EV charging stations. Furthermore, to cut carbon emissions associated with the transportation of externally sourced energy, we operate our own compressed air and nitrogen stations.

Looking ahead, Desay SV remains committed to our carbon neutrality roadmap: achieving 100% renewable electricity by 2030 and full value chain carbon neutrality by 2050. The company will continue to increase its share of green energy, improve operational strategies, and implement energy structure reforms. This effort aims to establish a greener, more stable, and more efficient energy system, fulfilling corporate responsibility to conserve energy and reduce emissions while contributing to broader sustainable development goals.
