Job summary:

This role is responsible for developing high-precision positioning and mapping solutions for autonomous driving systems. It involves designing and optimizing algorithms, integrating sensor data, and maintaining HD maps to ensure the safety, reliability, and efficiency of autonomous vehicle operations. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance the capabilities of localization systems and contribute to the cutting-edge field of autonomous technology.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and optimize algorithms (e.g. SLAM) for real-time, high-precision localization of autonomous vehicles using sensor fusion of GNSS/IMU/DR, LiDAR, cameras, HD Map, and other sensors.
• Develop and maintain high-definition (HD) maps for autonomous driving applications. Work on the creation, updating, and management of detailed maps that include lane information, road geometry, traffic lights/signs, and other relevant features. 
• Improve perception models for feature detection and tracking. Use deep learning and computer vision techniques to detect key features such as road boundaries, obstacles, and dynamic objects to enhance mapping and localization accuracy. 
• Develop test plans, perform validation, and run simulations and testing to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and safety of mapping and localization systems in both controlled and real-world environments.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in localization, mapping, and autonomous driving technologies. Lead efforts to continuously improve the performance and capabilities of our mapping and localization systems.
• Write professional design and technical documentation.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Vision, Deep Learning and AI, or a related field.
• Working experience in localization, mapping, or autonomous driving systems is preferred.
• Expertise in key mapping and localization techniques including GNSS/IMU/INS, SLAM, and especially deep learning-based perception and sensor fusion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong programming skills in Linux C/C++, excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with the team, etc.

Job summary:

This role will work closely with country finance teams as well as headquarter in China in managing and analyzing financial data to support the company’s costing, budgeting and financial planning activities. 

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost run estimation for new products and revisions to existing cost prices.
• Manage month end costing activities, including work-in-progress (WIP) analysis and production order settlement.
• Analyse production cost variances and monthly production overhead expenses to ensure reasonableness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors on stock movements and reconcile balances for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Review, reconcile, process sub-contractor invoices related to processing fee; ensure timely posting or accruals.
• Manage capitalization of fixed assets located at sub-contractor sites.
• Support the forecasting and budgeting process.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretarial agents for annual audit, tax filing, and compliance matters.
• Participate in stock take at sub-contractors’ location and support the implementation of new systems or process improvements.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in handing of full set of accounts.
• Experience in manufacturing industry is an advantage. 
• Proficiency in SAP FICO is required.
• Strong team player with the willingness to travel as needed.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Master’s degree or above in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or related fields with 5 years' experience.
• Strong background in Radar signal processing theories, Radar tracking algorithm.
• Prior experience in integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) or joint optimization algorithm design is preferred.
• Expertise in tracking algorithms, such as Kalman filters, particle filters, and multiple hypothesis tracking (MHT).
• Familiar with applying machine learning or deep learning in sensing and communication.
• Strong signal processing skills and mathematical foundation, especially in areas such as optimization theory, probability, and statistics.
• Proficient in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or Matlab, with algorithm development and simulation skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to independently solve problems and think innovatively.
