Open Doors to Those Who Dare to Charge Ahead

He graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a master's degree and joined Desay SV in 2023. Back then, a key project was shifting from technical research to mass production rollout. The company granted young talents ample decision-making authority and room for trial and error throughout development. In his first year on board, he took charge of core technical breakthroughs for the project. He quickly assembled a team, coding by day and debating technical roadmaps by night. Under his leadership, the team passed all project tests within six days. This April, he became the youngest department manager of the company, leading a team of over 100 members to march toward new goals.
Here, opportunity remains forever open to those who dare to charge.

Building Global Quality Network for Overseas Expansion

In 2024, an international order worth several hundred thousand US dollars was stalled at the customer's production line due to a batch‑quality issue. The goods couldn't be returned for rework, and the line was at risk of shutting down at any moment. She led her team to build a rework line from scratch overseas, coordinating manpower, machines, materials, methods, and environment across time zones with remote dispatch — and ultimately resolved the crisis with zero product‑quality complaints. After that battle, she and her team realized: once we enter global markets, relying on ad-hoc emergency fixes for quality control only amplifies risks as business scales. In response, the company established a dedicated overseas quality planning function, shifting overseas quality assurance from passive crisis response to proactive risk prevention. A tightly woven global support network took shape, consisting of overseas technical service hubs, local partners and standardized operational workflows. Today, overseas after‑sales service response times have been cut by an average of 40%, and customer satisfaction is steadily rising. The company's global quality expansion journey mirrors her personal growth: from a lone troubleshooter to a leader of systematic global quality governance.
Here, those who go out to weave networks and build bridges also pave a wider path for their own growth.

Crossing Time Zones to Build a Bridgehead

From China to Germany, from project management to assistant to the general manager, he jokingly refers to himself as a "Euro-drifter". The challenge isn't just time zones and distance — it's "how to get both sides to speak the same language". Our European subsidiary is Desay SV's bridgehead and forward outpost in Europe, tasked with understanding the market, engaging closely with customers, and conveying market insights. Forty Years of Memorable Firsts

Over 40 years, countless individual "firsts" have come together to form our shared story.

01

The First Time Ledger was Coded

In 1996, she joined as a finance intern and witnessed the entire journey from manual accounting to computerized systems. Back in the early 1990s, factory operations still relied on manual bookkeeping, tallying, and checking — slow and laborious. As early as when PCs were not yet widespread, our IT and finance teams jointly developed one of China's first accounting software packages. From DOS commands to Excel, and then to SAP's systematic management — her 30‑year journey mirrors our 30 years of staying ahead in informatization.

The First Time Seeing the Full Panorama of Technology

In 2011, he joined Desay SV. The moment he stepped into the Technology Center, he saw optics, calibration, underlying systems, application integration — all product lines and technology frontiers gathered under one roof. At that moment, he realized how broad technological innovation could be, with endless boundaries to break. This mindset fueled every subsequent technical breakthrough he delivered: migrating platforms from WinCE to Linux, and establishing original iPod verification standards from scratch. There are no forbidden zones here — only areas yet to be explored.
A "first" is never a finish line, but the starting point for every new journey.

The First Time Turning Inspiration into Reality

She is a creative designer at Desay SV. From a humble idea — using brain‑computer interfaces to relieve motion sickness — to a prototype anti‑motion‑sickness headband, and finally to the stunning "NeuroBand" unveiled at the Shanghai Auto Show — this cross‑domain journey took her a full year. Dozens of design drafts were scrapped, and technical issues kept cropping up during joint debugging. Yet she overcame every obstacle, and the product became one of the most eye‑catching icons at our Smart Solution 3.0 booth. The gap between creative inspiration and finished products rarely hinges on the idea itself — it hinges on an environment that tolerates trial and error.
Every groundbreaking "first" grows from daring to take wild ideas seriously.
