Project Background:
Automotive industry is experiencing a convergence of various technologies coupled with transition to new vehicle network architecture, to support advanced use-cases. The project’s objective is to implement communication middleware software modules to aid in this transition. within the network and/or also to external infrastructure. This involves the use of Ethernet, Service Oriented communication, security or/and functional safety concepts. The project could also include interaction with cloud infrastructure.
Scope:
As part of the network team the student will work with the team to design/implement/test software modules fully or partially. The intern will have hands-on access to:
- Software development tools.
- Relevant information and references.
- Guidance at crucial stages of development
- Job Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering with interest in exploring the Automotive software domain.
The student should possess following skills:
- Basic knowledge of Linux System
- C++ or/and python programming skill
And optionally
- Wired communication protocols: Ethernet, CAN etc
- Familiar with Embedded Systems concepts
- Exposure to SW design – UML
