On May 29th, the unveiling ceremony of Huizhou Desay SV Intelligent Transportation Technological Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “ITTI”) was held at Zhongkai Investment Holding Building in Huizhou. This marks a new milestone for Desay SV in the field of intelligent connected vehicle (ICV).

Mr. Liu Yonghui, Deputy Director of the Zhongkai High-tech Zone Administrative Committee and Director of the Bureau of Science and Technology, congratulated Desay SV on his behalf. He stated that Desay SV played a leading role in promoting regional economic development and spoke highly of Desay SV’s outstanding contributions in technology innovation and talent cultivation.

In the future, the auto industry is estimated to undergo the development trend of digitalization, intelligence, inter-connectivity and mobility sharing. Various technologies have emerged and developed rapidly, such as image perception, artificial intelligence, V2X, big data, high-precision positioning and cyber security etc. Mr. Duan Yongzheng, chairman of ITTI, mentioned that the establishment of the institute is expected to  greatly advance the development of Desay SV's various technologies, Desay SV must play a leading role in the industry and needs to actively conduct patent obtaining and management, develops independent intellectual property rights, further cultivate talents and actively cooperate with industry partners, also to enhance cooperation with universities and institutes to accelerate the  technology industrialization.

At the ceremony, Mr. Tan Choon Lim, chairman of Desay SV expressed his gratitude to Zhongkai Administrative Committee for its strong support. He emphasized that the establishment of ITTI is an important milestone in the development of the company. Desay SV will continue to increase the R&D investment of the research institute and actively carry out various advance R&D to maintain the position of Desay SV as the leader in the automotive electronics industry, and contribute to the technological and economic development of Huizhou.
    
According to the company's annual report, the registered capital of ITTI is RMB 10 million. It mainly engages in R&D, sales, technology transfer, technical consulting and technical services for intelligent driving, ICV and big data platforms, new energy auto parts, automotive electronics related products, systems, equipment and software solutions.
