(“Li Auto” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: LI), an innovator in China’s new energy vehicle market, today announced a three-way strategic cooperation with NVIDIA Corporation (“NVIDIA”), the world's leading artificial intelligence computing company, and NVIDIA's Chinese partner, Huizhou Desay SV Auto (“Desay SV”).
Following its recent EcoVadis audit and certification, Desay SV was awarded a silver rating for its global corporate social responsibility (CSR), ranking higher than 90% of participating global peer enterprises.
Recently, Desay SV Automotive announced the launch of its third generation Intelligent Processing Unit (IPU-03). This re-inforces its commitment to become one of the future leading Level-4 players in the autonomous vehicle domain.
Recently, Desay SV signed a cooperative agreement with AutoChips Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of NavInfo, for in-depth cooperation in the field of automotive electronics.
Desay SV Automotive Joint Venture Company—FulScience Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereafter "FulScience") held an unveiling ceremony in Changchun City on May 25.
Recently, Desay SV Automotive's software development project has successfully passed ASPICE CL2 certification (Automotive Software Performance Improvement and Capability Determination Containment Level 2).
On December 2, 2019, in Changchun, Desay SV Automotive Co., Ltd. signed an agreement with FAW Equity Investment (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of FAW Group, and Fawer Automotive Parts Co., Ltd., officially declaring the establishment of Fusai Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Joint Venture”).
Desay SV Automotive was awarded the prestigious China Quality Award together with 16 other esteemed new enterprises, becoming the first enterprise to win this honor in China's automotive electronics industry.
The signing ceremony of "FAW's supplier & strategic partner" was held in FAW's headquarters in Changchun on July 13, 2019. Zhang Pijie, GM Assistant and Procurement Section Leader of FAW Group, and Gao Dapeng, Desay SV Automotive CEO, signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties.
